Hi, I’m Becca.
I live in Massachusetts with my husband David. When I’m not meeting with clients, I enjoy playing with my dachshund, gardening, meditating, and baking gluten free treats in the kitchen.
I came to this work as a result of my own struggles with chronic illness. I felt powerless and scared by the options Western medicine gave me and felt certain that there must be better answers out there.
The healing work that I did with an NTP allowed my body to truly heal itself. My only regret is that I didn’t start working with an NTP sooner!
Since time travel isn’t possible (yet), the next best thing I can do is to provide that support for others.

One of the first steps that I recommend for new clients is to audit and reduce exposure to environmental toxins found in everyday items we come in contact with.

The Pillars for Health
Address The Foundations
Give your body all of the building blocks it needs to heal, grow, and make energy. When we address the foundations (digestion, mineral balance, blood sugar…), we address the root cause of imbalances in the body, rather than chasing symptoms.
Sleep Stress & Movement
All growth and healing happens in a parasympathetic, “rest and digest,” state. Get those quality z’s! Meditate! Go on a walk and get that lymph flowing! These simple steps can begin to send a message to the body that it is safe to heal.
Eat Nourishing Food
Give it the “great-grandmother test”. Would your great-grandmother recognize that as food? As Patty Larkin would say, “I can believe it’s not butter.”
Assess The Environment
Minimize your exposure to environmental toxins.
